love.

Today I am blogging on something important.

Love is a funny thing. Everyone has it but most people don't realize that they do.
I had a very wise man once tell me that love is choosing the higher good for the other person. I believe that. I think that there are times in my life when I thought I was in love. I think that is just boils down to the fact that I was in love with love.

There is no higher compliment than another human being telling you that they want to be with you forever.

It is just funny how life works out. I fully believe that everything happens for a reason and I am just waiting to see where life takes me. I feel like I have so much to offer I just have to figure out how to put it to good use.

I am having an internal debate as to whether I should come back to college in the fall or not. Normally I plan things in advance but I am just kind of letting this one come as it may. I can't make a decision right now so hopefully I am struck with inspiration sometime soon.

I have being really good working out. As for eating... lets just say that I like chocolate a little but too much.

Those are my thoughts on today.

europe.

In two hopefully very short months I will be traveling across the Atlantic to the country of Austria. I will spend the summer studying German (which I have never spoken before), English, and photography. Can I just say one thing about this? I AM SO EXCITED! Everyday is comes closer and I start freaking out more. Not only do I get to spend the summer traveling all over Europe but I also get to go to Mexico with my family right after finals! Do I have a great life or what? I think so.

Rach and I just finished the Jillian work out. We are both getting stronger. The 84 day Mexico plan is still alive and kickin. Currently I am listening to a CD titled "Let me in on this." My friend Sami created it for me as a Valentine's day present and lets just say its rocking!

Oh. My. How could I forget this. Taylor, Adam, and I are road tripping it to Boulder, Colorado March 20th. For what reason you may ask?

There is nothing better then coming home after a long day and putting on your pajama's and eating the delicious cookies that your roommate has made for you. Who cares if you have two more tests this weekend! Who cares if you are not part of the exclusive club that gets to celebrate being in love on Feb. 14th! Who cares! I don't!

I  must study... but I don't want to. I just want to go to Mexico already!

MY COOKBOOK FINALLY CAME!!!
I can now go grocery shopping. Soooooo excited. I have been waiting about a week to get to the store because I wanted to plan out a few meals and by the correct ingredients before I went. Well now I can! I mean after I finish all the other stuff I have to do... oh life. Gotta love it.

mid-terms.

I have three this week and I have been postponing them all week. So now I have exams Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Peachy. I should be studying right now... but I can't focus. Today I have been in a funk. I'm no sure why. My mom sent me the nicest little Valentine's day package... you would think that would put me in a better mood! Nope. Instead I just ate too much chocolate and I have now canceled out the workout I did this morning. The mexico plan is going accordingly. I have now done six days straight of intense training.

So I found my theme song today. Once upon a time there was this guy in my life that I am finally getting over and so this song was just like a beam of light down from heaven. My roommate serenaded me with it. I loved her for that. Now don't watch the video because it is extremely lame... just listen to the music. Yes please. I have also decided that I am going to be in a band. Does anyone need a back up singer? Cause I am available. That's all.


Oh and there is this boy. And if you're reading this... sorry I have been so weird lately. I am just trying to get my life back together.

football.

Everyone is watching the superbowl. EVERYONE. Even my roommates have succomb to this madness. We i refuse because I'll be honest... I have no personal interest in either team.

So yesterday I went and saw the musical Avenue Q at the Capital Theatre in Salt Lake City. It was quite the show. I had heard the music before, but never actually seen it. While some parts made me feel semi uncomfortable it was ultimately a very enjoyable experience. The show consists of Muppets and a couple concrete characters such as Gary Colman. The story line is portrayed on stage by the muppets and the actors playing them standing right beside them. I have included a youtube video of my favorite song from the show before. I think you will enjoy it. I also had the opportunity to try the most delicious pastry in the whole wide world. Chocolate. Strawberry. Tart. Delicious. Jillian is going well. She is totally kicking my butt. Here I come Mexico!!!
